• Define and execute the solution architecture strategy for our Core Applications Engineering group, aligning with enterprise technology priorities and cloud transformation goals • Establish and communicate a clear target-state architecture for mission-critical platforms, including order management, finance, and supply chain, using cloud-native, modular, and API-first principles • Drive adoption of microservices, containerization, and event-driven patterns to increase agility, scalability, and resiliency • Architect and guide the implementation of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), leveraging serverless capabilities, managed services, and Kubernetes-based workloads • Champion modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native, API-driven, and event-based architectures • Lead enterprise integration through API gateways, service mesh, and standardized API contracts for seamless connectivity • Pilot and scale emerging technologies—including AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics—to deliver measurable business value • Define and enforce architectural standards, reference models, and design principles across the portfolio • Provide oversight and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with architecture blueprints and security standards • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and product leaders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of solution architects, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
