Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of business experience, with 2–3 years in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role
- Proven success building and managing a high-volume sales pipeline and closing new business
- Strong consultative selling and value-based sales skills; experience selling to SMBs or mid-market preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and using modern sales tools for prospecting and outreach
- Fluent in social selling and digital prospecting methods (e.g., LinkedIn, video messaging, sales automation platforms)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
