• Evaluate established and start-up business accounts in rideshare, carshare, subscription auto, autonomous vehicle operations, and other emerging mobility and sharing economy markets. • Determine account pricing based on risk attributes to attract and retain desirable business while meeting profitability targets. • Analyze business financials, operations, inventory management, risk controls, employee training, and other key underwriting information. • Collaborate with Forms, Legal, Finance and Claims teams to identify risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. • Contribute to the design and development of innovative insurance products. • Assess underwriting profitability through analysis of loss runs, frequency and severity trends, and driver risk profiles. • Monitor trends in the sharing economy and competitive landscape to develop solutions for emerging exposures. • Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships, pursuing creative, client-focused strategies to drive new business opportunities. • Engage regularly with executives, including negotiating with customers, influencing leaders, and representing the organization in strategic discussions.
