• Own and manage the product backlog for Mastercam’s cloud platform and connected services, including APIs, telemetry, and synchronization features. • Define user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud-native capabilities such as collaboration, data sync, and connected toolpath computation. • Partner with software architects and engineering managers to ensure scalability, performance, and security of new cloud modules. • Define and prioritize AI-powered use cases, including intelligent assistants, copilots, predictive machining, and automation insights. • Collaborate with engineering to operationalize LLMs and generative AI features on secure, scalable cloud platforms. • Act as the bridge between product development and design, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery against timelines. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release reviews to ensure feature readiness and quality.
