Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Development with a focus on monthly donor programs and projects preferred.
- Experience in systems such as Google Suites, Salesforce or similar DMS, Slack, Anedot, and other merchant processing systems and extensive working knowledge of technology with the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis with the ability to communicate trends and develop appropriate actions as a result.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
