Job Description

• Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches • Support resume reviews and candidate pre-screen coordination • Maintain candidate pipelines and tracking in ATS/CRM systems • Shadow recruiter and hiring manager interviews • Help draft job postings and outreach messages • Support recruiting documentation and compliance tasks • Participate in weekly training and feedback sessions

Job Requirements

Active-duty U.S. service member approved or eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program
Ability to commit to a full-time SkillBridge internship (up to 180 days)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, web-based tools)
Professional demeanor and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Background in recruiting including: Experience translating military qualifications to civilian roles, coordinating personnel actions, managing candidate or member records, or supporting onboarding and placement activities is highly valued.
