Job Description
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination.
- Domain Expertise: Required experience working with Contact Center platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, or Avaya.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Consultative Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations and "white-board" solutions live with clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design, specifically AWS and Amazon Connect.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus.
