Job Description

• Design, set up, and manage OpenShift clusters, including performance tuning and capacity planning. • Automate tasks within OpenShift utilizing tools like Jenkins, Git, and Ansible. • Diagnose and resolve pod-related issues in OpenShift environments. • Configure monitoring on OpenShift clusters using Prometheus and Grafana. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing support and technical guidance. • Create and maintain internal documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with the Architecture team, taking ownership of specific project tasks. This includes estimating timelines, delivering on schedule, and adjusting when needed. • Anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a service-oriented company, demonstrating an ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes (3-5 years of experience required).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, API development, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Kibana is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a bonus.
