Job Description

• Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBase’s mission and vision to accelerate growth. • Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the CEO and leadership to align sales efforts with company priorities. • Sales Operations & Analytics: Optimize sales operations using data to track progress, manage forecasts, and improve performance. • Customer Management: Lead C-level discussions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong solution-selling, contract negotiation, and experience managing pipeline end-to-end.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools, strong analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence.
