Job Description
• Design and drive the compliance roadmap for an IPO
• Create and implement Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls
• Steward corporate governance across all global entities
• Oversee adherence to regulations (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR)
• Maintain key security certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001)
• Partner with Sales to streamline customer assurance processes
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the SaaS or broader technology sector
- Holds a J.D. or MBA
- Proven track record of implementing legal-tech solutions that automate manual workflows
- Experience guiding a company through an IPO
- Resilience to lead cross-functional teams across global locations
