• Own system administration and configuration • Manage permissions, roles, workflows, and system logic across Grüns’ core platforms. • Maintain SKU and item master integrity to ensure clean data across all systems. • Act as the source of truth for “how our systems are set up and why.” • Own cross-system order flows • Define and own what should happen across the full order lifecycle: Order creation → ERP→ fulfillment → invoicing → returns/adjustments. • Ensure flows are clearly defined and reliable across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Retail. • Identify and remove risks that impact customer experience or financial accuracy. • Lead issue triage and incident management • Proactively monitor systems to catch issues before they escalate. • Own incident response, root-cause analysis, and long-term fixes. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and permanently. • Manage vendors and technology partners • Own relationships with key partners including Fulfil, Crstl, Alloy, and EDI providers. • Lead EDI onboarding and retailer integrations with standardized, repeatable processes. • Manage tickets, escalations, and implementation timelines to completion. • Build documentation and operational clarity • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and training materials for system workflows. • Document “how we do X” so systems knowledge is institutionalized, not person-dependent. • Enable teams to operate confidently within systems without constant ad-hoc support.
