• Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and enterprise-wide asset visibility across IT, OT, and AI assets. • Focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM capabilities as the foundation for Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and AI Governance programs. • Ensure platform integrity, scalability, security, and compliance while translating enterprise architecture strategy into deployable, auditable ServiceNow solutions. • Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow technical architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM. • Implement enterprise asset lifecycle management across hardware, software, operational technology, and AI assets. • Review and approve technical designs, integrations, customizations, and configurations.
