Job Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – required.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with deep hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
- Strong experience designing CMDB and asset models for large, complex enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with security, OT, discovery, and asset intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting regulated industries such as energy, utilities, oil & gas, healthcare, telecom, or public sector.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency; ability to work on U.S.-only engagements.
- Willing to travel up to 50%
