Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in event content management, conference programming, or editorial strategy (preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS industries)
- Proven success in developing and managing complex event programs with multiple content tracks (15+) and speakers (200+)
- Strong editorial instincts and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to translate technical ideas into compelling, high-clarity narratives
- Experience working with C-level executives, external speakers, and industry influencers
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; thrives in environments with many moving parts and immovable deadlines
- Comfort with digital event platforms, content management systems, and production tools - plus a willingness to innovate using AI-driven workflows
- Ability to travel (domestic/international) as required by the event schedule.
