Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2-5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into the SMB and Mid markets.
- Experience selling comprehensive business management platforms or ERP-style solutions to operation-heavy brick-and-mortar businesses.
- Proven ability to articulate and sell value against larger, more feature-rich competitors.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC framework.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with demonstrable experience generating outbound pipeline.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A process-oriented approach to sales, with a clear understanding of how to drive deals forward and manage a clean pipeline.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM), AI note-taking tools, Gong, and Seamless (or similar sales intelligence tools).
- High learning agility, resourcefulness, and a genuine curiosity about solving customer problems.
- A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to contribute positively to a team environment.
- Experience selling a SaaS solution (ideally an all-in-one business management tool) to SMBs (e.g., home improvement contractors) is a significant plus.
- Excellent time management skills
