Job Description
• Connect with customers: You will interact with customers via chat, text messages, and phone calls, either in real time or through scheduled appointments.
• Provide expert advice on products and services, including style consultations and personalized shopping experiences.
• Present products and services: You will showcase our products online, sharing detailed information about each item's features and benefits.
• Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support sales growth: You will contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, collaboration with brick-and-mortar stores, and connected commerce.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude. You will follow up to maintain lasting relationships and build a personal client portfolio.
