Job Description

• Lead the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers • Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s “payer integration playbook” • Create and maintain organized documentation of new payer integrations and track implementation progress • Collaborate with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal to get each integration across the line • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders at payers as you navigate implementations

Job Requirements

ample experience integrating with APIs: you are familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and have hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications.

experience in customer/externally facing roles: You have experience in customer-facing roles; ideally within technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering roles.
