• Develop, implement, manage and assess equity and inclusion projects and initiatives • Promote an organizational culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging • Oversee the growth and support of Employee Network Group programming and engagements • Assess the effectiveness of equity and inclusion projects and initiatives by analyzing data and reporting on trends • Identify consultants, resources and other learning tools for training • Assist in the facilitation of web-based training for equity and inclusion Professional Development • Manage and support Employee Network Groups and their activities • Execute and manage campaigns, projects and initiatives that support the organization's equity and inclusion strategies • Collect, analyze and package data on equity and inclusion initiatives
