Job Description
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer engagement, grass-roots marketing/partnerships, or community management within a marketplace or startup.
- Strong team leadership and operational expertise, including experiencing supporting a customer support or customer success team.
- Ability to develop and refine talk tracks, training materials, and outreach strategies to improve team performance.
- Proficiency with Customer.io (or similar email marketing/CRM tools) to create and manage marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with direct phone outreach and relationship-building.
- Data-driven mindset—able to analyze engagement metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
