Job Description

• Support, design and implementation of BioPharma solutions; i.e. real world data insights and patient recruitment solutions, as well as, multimodal analytics to support pharma needs. • Understands the requirements of Top 20 BioPharma customers face in order to develop competitive BioPharma offerings that fulfil pharma clients' needs and maximize revenue. • Prospecting, developing partnerships and signing commercial contracts for BioPharma Solutions, including pricing & sales strategy. • Lead strategic account planning for priority pharma partners, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder engagement plans, and multi-year growth roadmaps. • Identifies the benefits of BioPharma Solutions and translates them into customer-facing messaging.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience building and growing strategic partnerships with top 10–20 pharma, ideally including real-world data, evidence generation, or similar data services
  • 8+ years’ experience selling data or data-driven services into biopharma, with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. To be suitable, you should bring knowledge of selling products, services or solutions linked to Data insights - Genomic insights, clinic-genomic, RWE or RWD data insights are highly valuable
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and sell innovative, non-commoditized offerings (e.g. customized data projects, multimodal insights, or services like ABACO) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • As a public organisation facing ongoing commercial growth, you will bring a success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset that embraces team collaborations, change, growth and inclusion.
  • As an international organisation, English is our primary business language and you will need to bring full fluency in English.
