Job Description
• Build customer relationships by providing innovative solutions and mission-focused products
• Establish and maintain sales opportunities including account management
• Develop and implement a sales plan and geographic strategy
• Interact with customers daily through in-person visits and other communication methods
• Fulfill requirements through order creation, price estimates, and product specifications
• Multi-task and manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule
• Present a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Exceed assigned revenue and profit goals quarterly and annually
• Manage and report out a weekly pipeline of sales opportunities, quotes, and orders
• Attend client locations, symposiums, conferences, and trade shows to cultivate sales opportunities
• Provide price quotations and establish proper credit/contract terms and delivery dates
• Recommend products based on customers' needs
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports and filing expense account reports
• Collaborate with customers in product development and improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Established understanding of Government Sales and Federal Contracting.
- Experience working with Department of Defense, Military, Federal Agencies, and Law Enforcement.
- Ability to complete work within given deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to carry out skillful negotiations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain security clearance, if required.
