Job Description
• Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise programs
• Drive delivery execution using modern Agile practices
• Manage cross-team dependencies to prevent blockers
• Establish a strong operating rhythm
• Produce clear, data-driven insights into delivery health
• Serve as the coordination layer between client-facing teams and Engineering/Product
• Lead stakeholder management across senior business and technical leaders
• Support logistics transformation initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in program/project management
- Demonstrated experience in logistics / transportation / supply chain
- Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs
- Strong experience working with enterprise customers in the U.S. market
- Bachelor’s degree ( BS or BA ) required
- Ability to break complex programs into trackable workstreams
- Excellent executive communication
