Job Description

• Collaborate with the data governance team to meet with business stakeholders across departments and understand current governance requirements capabilities and assist in designing and operationalizing new capabilities • Assist in delivering the deployment of data governance operating models and processes • Create and deliver change management and training materials • Assist in the deployment of technical solutions including Databricks Unity Catalog and other data catalog and quality toolsets • Drive the creation and implementation of governance policies and procedures • Help improve internal documentation standards and support clear communication between business and technical teams

Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience delivering data management or data governance solutions, preferably in data lakehouse environments
Proficiency in data governance capabilities as defined by the DAMA-DMBOK
Strong skills in data governance toolsets like Atlan, Databricks Unity Catalog, Collibra, Alation, or Anomalo
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with data projects (ETL, data modeling, reporting) is a plus, but deep engineering experience is not required
Familiarity with Databricks
