Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in Customer/Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS
- Strong familiarity with investment management (Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Consultants strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of API integrations
- SQL experience strongly preferred (for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting)
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including COOs, CCOs, and Portfolio Managers
- Ability to diagnose issues, analyze workflows, and drive solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, or related field
