Job Description
• Prospect, negotiate, and successfully onboard new employer clients and benefit brokers.
• Act as a key liaison to the broker community, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
• Educate brokers and their clients regarding Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions offerings.
• Interface with the Employee Benefits team, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- At least 5-7 years’ business development experience working with benefit brokers, agents, and consultants.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to travel 50-80% of the time.
