Job Requirements
- 5-10 years working in a sales role for a CPG company
- 5+ years recent experience working with Walmart
- Hands-on experience with Scintilla Charter strongly preferred
- Must be results-oriented
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
- Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects working with peers offering clear prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Strong problem-solving skills, accountability for delivering superior results on time and on budget
- Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships, manage brokers & communicate with all levels of management
- Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment with limited oversight
- Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail
- Proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions
