Job Description

• Partner with field sales and clinical teams to execute sales activities • Lead in-service activities and support expansion and growth within Sedation Management business • Work under direction of the Regional Business Manager • Enable more selling time in executing sales activities and providing sales support • Assist / lead in-service activities related to disposables and/or hardware within a key customer base • Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional/safety tests • Drive expansion of ACM products within the territory and coordinate with other stakeholders • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization as a high priority • Support conversions / sales efforts outside of the region as needed

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of sales experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years of experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred
  • Prior medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and / or on the job learning
  • Introductory knowledge of company products and services
  • Demonstrable, consistent success in previous roles indicated by a high level of performance
  • Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships
  • Understanding of vendor, distributor, hospital supply chain management
  • Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods of time
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Hardworking driven individual with effective persuasion skills
