Job Description

• Act as a right-hand partner to the CEO, prioritizing and executing high-impact growth initiatives. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Etsy Ads). • Own SEO execution to improve organic rankings for key keywords related to streaming widgets and digital assets. • Manage and grow social distribution channels (X/Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram). • Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, ROAS) and translate insights into action. • Support distribution strategy across Shopify and Etsy, with a focus on increasing revenue per widget. • Assist with influencer and creator-related initiatives within the gaming and streaming ecosystem.

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or a hybrid EA/Marketing role.
Hands-on experience with some of the following: Paid ads (Google Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads), SEO and keyword research, digital analytics and performance tracking.
Familiarity with Shopify and/or Etsy.
Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize what drives revenue.
Interest in or familiarity with gaming, streaming, VTubers, or creator ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
