• Design and manage comprehensive lifecycle management process and systems to support renewal sales cycles. This includes automated task assignment, risk controls, dashboard/workflow tooling in Salesforce and Gong that enable RAEs to transition from transactional to relational customer engagement. • Convert product telemetry, AI/ML signals, and health data into actionable risk indicators and prioritized tasks for the renewals team. • Develop reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor system effectiveness, user adoption, and business impact. Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements. • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and technical teams to integrate renewal workflows with broader business processes and systems. • Partner with technical teams to implement Salesforce configurations, custom fields, workflows, and process automation. • Create training materials and enablement content to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
