• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. • Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs. • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB. • Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with ServiceNow best practices. • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analyst, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and demo completed configurations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and configuration guides. • Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and provide ongoing support to ensure platform stability. • Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprints, standups, and retrospectives. • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
