Job Description
• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel
• Use Global Distribution Systems - Sabre
• Ensure compliance to customers’ travel policy
• Use positive telephone service techniques
• Collaborate within your team to coach and mentor
Job Requirements
- Native GDS expertise - Sabre
- Passion for excellence in client service
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8AM to 10PM EST time Monday to Friday
