• Work closely with clients to translate business requirements for our system • Focus on clients of varying sizes, complexities, and experience with benefits software • Effectively communicate with the client to capture country-specific requirements and translate those requirements into an effective and practical solution • Support project team members to ensure work is done timely • Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal, as well as the applicable benefits and plans • Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration • Understand applicable new hire, life event, and annual enrollment eligibility periods
