• Participate in our most important growth initiatives. • Interface with senior partners at AmLaw 100 firms and executives at major financial institutions and trust companies to drive enterprise acclimatization and adoption of technology. • Bring in marquee and larger customers by working closely with our growth team, specifically the Director, Private Wealth Sales and Chief Growth Officer. • Be a software product visionary. • Improve the UHNW products by continuing the feedback loop with our product and engineering teams so that our solutions meet the rigorous standards of a partner-level attorney. • Ensure our company is proactive and the market leader, not just reactive to market trends and customer feedback. • Continue our culture of excellence and innovation. • Lead our people. • Build processes and participate in pre-sale and post-sale implementation of the software on site with customers. • Create systems, procedures, and internal metrics to ensure high-quality support from the legal and support teams at scale. Work closely with our Head of Client Experience. • Lead the Wealth.com professional review team, as a team of super users that supports our blue-chip customers.
