• Use innovative strategies to actively source quality applicants for a range of roles. • Communicate and ensure alignment between candidates and the company mission and values. • Execute a social media marketing strategy to draw applicants across Indeed, Facebook and LinkedIn. • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Score applicants on a rubric aligned to the company's core values and skillset required for the role. • Ensure candidates have the highest quality experience. • Respond efficiently and rapidly to changing needs on the team. • Support the Director of Talent in developing the talent strategic plan. Execute on the plan once designed. • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are fully staffed with mission aligned and skilled personnel. • Other roles as assigned.
