Job Requirements
- Current ServiceNow CTA certification
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in enterprise environments
- 7+ years of experience in application development (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, etc.)
- Strong experience designing scalable custom applications and integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern development practices
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow technical architecture and core modules
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking best practices
- Ability to lead technically while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and projects
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and support concurrent efforts
