Job Description
• Bring Capgemini’s engineering services value to major Life Sciences clients in North America
• Present, promote and sell solutions/services using proven arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure of opportunities to drive profitable growth
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline consistent with account strategy
• Lead client relationships independently or with support from Client Partner or Client Leader
• Structure and craft deals for value, demonstrating offerings and capabilities
• Monitor client engagement levels and conduct periodic business reviews
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience either selling engineering services to Tier One Life Sciences OEMs or working directly for a Tier One Life Sciences OEM
- Experience delivering value added engineering solutions in one or more of the following functional areas: Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Clinical, Regulatory, Laboratory or Quality
- Bachelor's degree – Engineering or Sciences Degree
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences trends including Medical Devices, Cell and Gene Therapies, Biologics, and Gen AI
- Experience Selling Life Science Manufacturing Engineering solution – PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, and LS Industry SaaS applications like Veeva, TetraSciences, Benchling etc. preferred
- Proven ability to seed, win and lead large strategic deals
- Strong consultative relationship-building skills and senior-level client engagement.
