Job Description

• Consistently complete sales calls and presentations • Cultivate and handle a large portfolio of potential accounts aiming to meet personal target sales expectations • Utilize existing network, a mid-sized list of account leads and insights derived from research • Conduct in-depth, targeted market research leveraging advanced market awareness and contacts • Frequently interface with internal and external senior level stakeholders • Be a member of various professional and industry or regional organizations and attends conferences

Job Requirements

  • Broker License
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with new business development required, ideally with large group insurance experience
  • Proven insurance industry experience with individual and group insurance products
