Job Description

• Serve as Talent Coordinator servicing a roster of talent. • Communicate between the partner and creator expected delivery dates, delays, and requirements. • Attend stand up meetings and take notes for follow up. • Actively respond across various channels of communication. • Present management scouting selections weekly and attend intro meetings with potential signees. • Keep up with the latest social media trends • Maintain an organized process and structure.

Job Requirements

1-2 years of social media marketing experience (working with brand negotiation & deliverables) or project management experience
Bilingual, professional, or native fluency in Spanish
Passion for short form and new media
Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Trello, and Canva a plus
Excellent collaboration skills
High attention to detail and organized
Self-starter with critical thinking
Must work within strict branding guidelines.
