Job Description
• Drive Marketing-Led Outbound: Design and execute automated outbound campaigns across cold, warm, and hot audience tiers, balancing personalization with scale.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing: Build and launch ABM campaigns that engage target accounts throughout their buying journey, coordinating across channels and stakeholders.
• Optimize Trial-to-Sales Conversion: Identify behavioral signals that indicate when trial users need sales engagement, then build the systems and processes to route them effectively.
• Content Nurture Sequences: Design and write multi-touch email sequences that turn content engagement into qualified pipeline, applying solution-selling frameworks at every stage.
• Scale AI Adoption: Identify high-value use cases for AI tools (particularly Claude), train team members, and build the enablement resources that help the entire marketing team work more efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven mix of demand generation, marketing operations, and hands-on campaign execution.
- Martech fluency and systems thinking - you quickly learn new tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM platforms), understand how systems connect and data flows, and can build sophisticated audience segments across platforms.
- Strong email copywriting skills with a solid grasp of pain point and solution-selling frameworks; you can write compelling sequences that convert at different stages of buyer temperature.
- Data-driven optimization mindset - you're comfortable analyzing campaign performance, identifying patterns in the numbers, and making smart decisions about what to test next.
- Strategic + scrappy - you can think big picture about campaign strategy AND roll up your sleeves to build the workflows, write the copy, and launch the campaigns yourself.
- Project management chops - you translate vision into executable plans and drive work forward across teams (RevOps, Sales, Product) without constant direction.
- ABM experience or high curiosity - you're familiar with account-based marketing approaches and platforms (Keyplay, 6sense, Demandbase) and understand how to engage buying committees at the account level.
- AI fluent—you actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in your daily work, know how to craft effective prompts, and can enable others to do the same. You know when to use AI to go faster, and when to slow down and give deep thought to a project.
Benefits
- Employees may be able to purchase company stock (or receive annual bonuses)
- Employees (and their families) may enroll in the company's medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability, life insurance, FSA and 401k plans.
- Employees will also receive 13.34+ hours of paid time off per month, 6 self care days, birthday PTO day, and 12 company paid holidays off per year.
