Job Requirements
- Recently graduated or early in your sales career
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and eager to improve through coaching
- Self-starter mindset: hungry, curious, proactive, and coachable
- Excited about earning commission based on performance
- Willingness to learn modern sales tools and processes
- Prior SDR, BDR, or customer-facing experience (Nice to Haves)
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar (Nice to Haves)
- Interest in personal branding, content creation, or social selling (Nice to Haves)
