Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2,000 hours of relevant education and/or experience in agriculture, food/cosmetics/textile processing or food manufacturing.
- Organic-specific experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance documentation.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of working in both solo and collaborative settings.
- Skilled at translating complex technical information into clear, accessible language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, databases, and IT tools.
- Preference for candidates based in the Midwest.
