• Deliver deep insight into casino lobby performance, including game placement, navigation, scheduling, and personalization features. • Combine Amplitude behavioral data with Snowflake and other data sources to attribute real-money outcomes to lobby changes. • Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and recurring reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude. • Partner with Product and Lobby teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments. • Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to understand how different customer segments navigate and engage with the lobby. • Work with team leaders to define KPIs for new lobby features, personalization models, and scheduling strategies. • Assess the commercial impact of new features and experiments to guide prioritization across the lobby roadmap. • Translate complex, multi-source analyses into clear, plain-English insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Leadership.
