Job Description

• Support Overall Strategic Planning: Play a critical role in the annual strategic planning process, from evaluating market opportunities to developing business cases, financial forecasts, and comprehensive strategic plans. • Drive Analyses and Track KPIs: Track and analyze key business performance metrics, uncovering areas for optimization and value creation. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Execute Strategies: Collaborate with executives and functional leadership to evaluate business opportunities, including new business lines, market expansion, margin optimization, and other growth initiatives. • Assist External Stakeholders and Board Reporting: Prepare materials and presentations for external audiences such as the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience working in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy/strategic finance within a high-growth company.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
High degree of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
