• Own the D365 Product Strategy, including defining and maintaining the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with Nutrafol’s operational and financial objectives as well as Unilever’s broader platform strategy. • Lead the QuickBooks-to-D365 Migration, you’ll manage the end-to-end transition process, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, training, and post-deployment support. • Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions, working with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.) to capture business needs and configure D365 to meet or exceed those requirements • Collaborate and be a thought-partner with Unilever and brands within the Health & Wellbeing unit, discussing challenges and provide progress status updates • Ensure that Nutrafol’s implementation compliments and leverages best practices from other D365 implementations within Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing group. • Drive continuous improvement, by identifying and prioritizing new features and enhancements, that optimize the D365 environment and related business processes. • Be a lead in the go-to D365 expert for SC/Ops and Finance functions, offering guidance and support to stakeholders during design, change management, and adoption phases. • Oversee change management, including developing and delivering effective communications, training, and documentation to teams, to ensure seamless adoption across all levels of the organization.
