Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching and/or coaching within K–12 education settings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating professional development sessions for educators, both in-person and online.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and educational leaders.
- Are willing to travel and facilitate sessions as required.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You’ll stand out if you:
- Have experience in designing and facilitating online or in-person professional development sessions for educators or educational leaders.
- Are familiar with using Screencastify.
- Have experience working with diverse student populations, including English learners, students with special needs, and gifted/talented students.
- Have experience reading the room and the zoom to pivot in real time when needed.
