Job Description
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related in-house or law firm legal role
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an in-house legal department
- Familiarity with CLM tools (e.g., Luminance, DocuSign) and all Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong risk-spotting ability
- Business-oriented mindset with sound judgment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
