• Be a Vendor Ambassador and/or lead oversight of key clinical trial vendor services at the category level to drive performance, including issue management and inspection readiness, collaborating with functional SMEs. • Lead Biogen cross functional teams in strong, compliant governance activities, building transparent communication channels within vendor relationships. • Drive development and execution of vendor oversight plans across functional areas. • Establish key performance indicators for vendor services, managing risks and promoting continuous improvement. • Align vendor engagements with corporate policies, working with Global Sourcing, R&D IT, and Compliance teams. • Lead/drive projects and initiatives that relate to vendor qualification, selection, performance oversight, and governance activities. • Lead or contribute to development of department systems, processes, and templates. • Line manages personnel directly or in-directly to support a people management matrix, as per business needs.
