• Support daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll support, and general ledger activities • Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, billing support, journal entries, and reconciliations • Assist with month-end and year-end close, including account reconciliations and journal entries • Support revenue cycle management (RCM) activities, including billing, collections, payment posting, and discrepancy resolution • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies • Enter, review, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness • Assist with cash application, invoicing, and reconciliation of payer and patient accounts • Prepare financial schedules and reports for internal stakeholders and external audits • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate financial workflows • Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy across accounting and RCM functions
