Job Description

• Assist with Accounts Payable processing, including invoice review, general ledger coding, and three-way matching (purchase order, receipt, and invoice). • Learn and support the cash flow cycle, including the benefits of early payment discounts. • Prepare and post journal entries. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Assist with month-end close activities. • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Receiving, HR, Plant Supervisors, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines. • Develop time-management skills by planning daily tasks to support timely and accurate processing.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university, Junior level or above, pursuing Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) preferred
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
