• Be the go-to for invoicing and lead monthly revenue recognition reconciliations • Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and customer communication • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and weekly AP batches are on time • Manage daily cash posting and monthly bank reconciliations • Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card activity • Own the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations • Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities • Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Play a key role in system implementations or optimizations (e.g. ERP, billing, or expense tools) • Support annual financial audits
