Job Description
• Drive account penetration at the executive level within target organizations
• Expand key customer footprint globally, focusing on North America and EMEA.
• Create and execute strategy, align resources, and develop senior relationships to maximize growth and revenue.
Job Requirements
- Minimum BS degree in a scientific discipline (microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering strongly preferred).
- MBA or professional business education highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5 years as a strategic account executive in the Pharmaceutical / CMO / CDMO life sciences space; global experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value accounts in a matrix environment.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed management and cross-functional environment.
